2022 February 5 Star Champion: Autumn Williams

Each month we feature five winners and connect their stories to the 5 Star principle they best represent. 

Nomination by Rachael DeTar: Autumn Williams was hired as a community association manager for our branch in November 2021. She has proven over and over to be an exemplary addition to our family. Autumn embodies every aspect of what we represent, what we aim to deliver, and is setting the bar for what customer service is and should be.  Below is just one email that we have recently received from a very large, newly on-boarded client that exemplifies Autumn's work ethic. We could not be more proud of her! 

“I know we are only a few days into this business relationship, and I tend to formulate an immediate opinion of people, but I have to say that in the 6 years I have been on the board in various positions, I have not come across a CAM like Autumn. She has a way with words when she writes, prompt on her responses to co-owners and board members, is knowledgeable and courteous with some sharp-tongued residents, and efficient in her email communication. Right now, she scored an A with me. 

We all have been on pins and needles over the last month or so, and your team has helped make this transition smooth, so I must thank you for the support. I have this sense of calm, and from the comments from the other board members, they too are excited to get started with a great business relationship with you folks.”
