Nomination by Sheila Gardener: When I first started at Associa, I wasn’t sure how the team worked. Ali traveled from Stockton to Roseville, California to help train me twice. She was very patient and understanding.  Ali explained the Associa procedures, made me a training packet, and assured me that I could call her at any time if I did not understand something.  I have since called Ali several times and I have been met with a smile every time. Thank you, Ali!
