Nomination by Kent Davis: On Monday August 22, 2022, Austin, TX was experiencing heavy rains and local flood warnings. The association building roof couldn't drain off the water fast enough and resulted in leaks to three units. In addition, the lower underground garage was getting flooded in several areas. Because of the emergency, Chris stayed past the end of his shift to ensure owners could get to or from their vehicles. A very appreciative board bought him dinner. Chris demonstrates great leadership and initiative and heads towards challenges when others may not. He is a true asset to Associa, Somerset, and Bridges on the Park.
