e3 Champion: Supporting Team Members

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Lisa Evans: Paul recently went above and beyond to assist a homeowner who had minor concerns after a work order was completed. I brought this concern to the attention of our AOC team and Paul offered to contact the owner directly and assist with the concerns. Paul is known by many of the residents at this particular community. As the Community Manager, I appreciate the support Paul provides and the value of him having such an outstanding rapport with our owners. It makes handling these challenging situations much easier.
