e3 Champion: Supporting Five-Star Customer Service

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Tricia Tremblay: Linda is a huge asset to our organization. Last November, Linda supported the technology upgrade at our four offices. This was not a simple task but her dedication and organizational skills contributed to a successful transition. Linda is now working with the team to launch TownSq and often goes beyond her role to support the team and gain new experience. She is reliable, accountable, knowledgeable, maintains a positive outlook and is the first to offer help to others.
