e3 Champion: Putting Five-Star Customer Service into Action

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Emily Ramirez: I received these wonderful comments from the Board President at one of the communities Kenton manages. “I want to let you know that Kenton has done an outstanding job as our manager. This is my third year on the board and I am thrilled to have Kenton as a colleague to help manage our community. Kenton communicates well, provides a variety of perspectives on issues, proactively plans for potential challenges, and consistently follows through. Since Kenton began managing our community, we have made excellent traction on many issues within the community as well as focusing on planning and completing necessary capital projects.”
