e3 Champion: Saving Water, Serving a Client

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients. 

Nomination by Diane Larson: "After one of Josie's association's experienced outrageous water charges from the City of Dallas (more than $10,000), Josie employed the services of Associa OnCall to come in and inspect. It was determined that there were leaks in the plumbing underneath the buildings' foundations. This was a huge cost, not to mention a huge discomfort for the residents and homeowners. Following the repairs, Josie submitted the report, and cost of repairs. The City of Dallas issued huge credits to the association, to the tune of $27,000! What a way to save the day, Josie! So very proud of the forward thinking you have exhibited in this situation, looking out for the good of your community and clients."
