e3 Champion: Going Above and Beyond for Clients

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Alma Galindo:  At the last minute, my Board wanted a second insurance proposal to compare to the one submitted by Farmers (they did not initially ask for a second proposal). I contacted Lyna who went above and beyond to get me a proposal to insert into my board packet. She even submitted a bid comparison sheet which I did not expect since this was a last minute request. Thank you, Lyna for going above and beyond for the client!
