e3 Champion: Embodying the "One Associa" Spirit

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Debora Costa:  Recently, our dedicated gate computer was malfunctioning. We had involved outside vendors and purchased new equipment but were still unable to connect to our communities. Leadership connected us with Brent who is a lead gate controller at Associa Hill Country. Brent picked up the phone immediately and called to see how he could help. That phone call turned into a group effort with IT and within a couple hours, they were able to fix what we had been working on for weeks. This was a huge win for our communities. Thank you, Brent, for your expertise and embodying the 'One Associa' Spirit! We appreciate your solution-oriented attitude and dedication to ensuring our communities, across the Associa family, are provided with outstanding service.
