Becky exemplifies the quality of family spirit. She was relentless in trying to get a problem resolved that was very unique. Even when she did not have the answer, she kept in touch with the client both by email and Skype to let them know she hadn't forgot about them, and that she was still working on getting the answers. Her enthusiasm for her job and her smile is contagious.
