e3 Champion: An Outstanding Example of Five-Star Customer Service!

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Jackie Thermidor: Delores aka “Dee” has been an Assistant Community Manager at Horizons at Woodlake Greens for the past couple of years and takes providing 5-Star customer service to another level. Most recently, Dee became aware that one of her owners was suffering from dementia and took the initiative to regularly reach out to the owner’s daughter to ensure that the owner was informed of the community’s activities. The owner's daughter was so appreciative that she submitted a 5-Star google review. During an Annual Meeting, the board (along with homeowners) were so complimentary of Dee. When the outgoing board president thanked the owners for their support, he gave credit to Dee for all the hard work she has done to keep the community running smoothly and said that he could not have been a successful president without her help. Dee is hard-working, eager to learn and grow, and always lends a hand to anyone who needs help. She is definitely an e3 Champion in our book!
