2021 October 5 Star Champion: Diem Nguyen

Nomination by Joy Shumaker:  In the past, we have experienced issues with homeowner changes in one of our communities not being handled correctly and in a timely manner. The board was not happy. Somehow I was lucky enough to find Diem to assist. When the board reaches out to me on the status of an owner change, I reach out to Diem and I receive a response within minutes and the owner change is completed accurately and immediately. I have also had to reached out to Diem to help me correct settlements and they were corrected immediately. Diem never says she can’t help me, and hearing that is a ray of sunshine. Diem- I really do appreciate all the help you have given me. Thank you.
