Nomination by Lisa Evans: Katie is a customer support assistant who really hit all five points of the customer service star this week! During an unexpected staffing shortage, Katie jumped in to support us during an extremely busy time of the year. She has been on top of mailings, making sure we are meeting critical deadlines, and keeping up with her other duties. Throughout all of this, she has maintained a positive attitude. Katie's energy and enthusiasm are contagious. She truly cares about her job and demonstrates a level of conscientiousness that allows her to thrive in this fast-paced, stressful industry. Katie is a rare gem and I am so grateful to have her on our team at Associa Chicagoland.
