Nomination by Michael McFarlane: David has gone the extra mile in ensuring homeowner billing is entered correctly, minimizing impact to homeowners. He has manually adjusted homeowner accounts to match communications sent to them, resolved billing issues by working closely with managers and ensuring they understand the process. David has extensively researched the associations' documents, insurance policies, and other resources, then providing the information to the CAM to ensure billing is accurate. David has done all of this during one of his busiest times of the year and has taken ownership in ensuring our homeowners are billed timely and accurately.
