e3 Champion: Taking Swift Action

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Robert McBride: On a Friday night, one of Kim’s luxury condo communities experienced a gas leak that prevented heat in the building. The leak was fixed, but the city inspector needed to come out at midnight to turn the gas back on. The city explained that the building could go a week without heat or hot water. During below freezing temperatures, pipes could have frozen and burst. Kim went the extra mile by going directly to the mayor’s office to advocate for this community. She understood how lack of heat and hot water would negatively impact her clients. Kim’s swift action allowed this community to stay warm in the bitter cold. The Dartmouth team received many messages of appreciation from the residents.
