e3 Champion: Resolving Issues with Ease

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Stephanie Benham: We recently took on a new association as of September 1st and we had a very short transition period. Due to the change in management, this association was losing their insurance the same day new management started. Everyone worked hard to try to establish new insurance before the old policy expired but they were unable to do so because of early closings for the holiday weekend. This new association had no choice but to close their pool for the Labor Day weekend. We knew this would not be a good first impression for this new association. After finding this out, I contacted AIAI. With it being a holiday weekend, I honestly did not expect much to happen, but they contacted me and Elizabeth and her team were able to get their insurance bound late Saturday afternoon. Because of this, the association was able to open their pool for the remainder of the holiday and made us look like rock stars to this new community. Thank you Elizabeth for taking time to assist this community so that their residents could enjoy the holiday weekend. We truly appreciate the extra effort and time you spent resolving this issue.
