e3 Champion: Providing Platinum Service

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

The Director of our Colorado Springs office received a call one night from Laura Wright at about 8 pm, advising that an elderly residents had been hurt in one of her communities following the annual meeting. This resident is 91 years young, and the board president cannot drive at night, so their community association manager, Laura Wright, drove both of them to the ER and stayed with them to ensure everyone was okay and got home safely. In addition, Laura escorted them up the stairs and to their homes to ensure their safety. She did this at 11:00 pm following a full day of work and an annual meeting that evening. Laura went above and beyond to provide platinum service for this community and we are proud to have her on our team. Kudos to Laura for her kindness, compassion and servant leadership to this community!
