e3 Champion: Keeping the Associa Family Connected

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Nicole Bates: A few weeks ago, we experienced some technical difficulties with the technology used to broadcast the Monthly Management Call. Tonya made herself available and worked with us beforehand to help solve the issues so we could plan for any challenges that day. She and her team went the extra mile to ensure the technology was in order so we could give our leaders across Associa the best experience during this important call. With so many team members spread across North America, we rely on this technology to connect us and share important information.
