e3 Champion: Going the Extra Mile

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Lisa Evans: One of the communities I manage recently contracted with Associa OnCall for a project and there were some initial concerns from homeowners. After I shared the feedback with Matt, he immediately sprang into action. We had a conference call with the board president on the same day and Matt formed an action plan. Matt even met with the board president on-site to review any concerns and worked with the subcontractor until the project was finished. Matt also followed up with individual homeowners to ensure any concerns were addressed. At the next board meeting, we heard many compliments from owners about Associa OnCall’s great job. Matt's prompt attention and response to the initial homeowner concerns went far with this community. We also received some extremely positive comments about TownSq from homeowners. I cannot thank Matt enough for his time and effort on managing the project. Thank you Matt for your dedication to outstanding customer service.
