e3 Champion: Finding the Key to Customer Service

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients. 

Nomination by Dominick Van Horn: “Rob Donoflio, Associa OnCall Technician, went out of his way to provide unsurpassed customer service. The following is an email I received from a homeowner. Dear Mr. Vanhorn, I am a home owner at Huntington Place. On Saturday, I tripped into the elevator and my keys fell into the elevator shaft. Rob Donoflio was notified and he immediately drove from his home in Delaware to retrieve my keys. We are so fortunate to have Rob at Huntingdon Place and you are so fortunate to have him as an employee.”
