Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by Lori Ngo and Jesse Heinecke: Susan’s addition to the Cities Maintenance team has been such a blessing! She consistently goes above and beyond to help our maintenance technicians, community managers, and homeowners. Susan has such a warm personality and greets everyone who walks into the office. One example of her dedication and ability to manage a maintenance emergency is a recent water leak from a condo unit into the restaurant below. We received the maintenance request and Susan quickly jumped to action and had the plumber on site within the hour. Susan ensured that the CAM was updated as things progressed which allowed him to follow up with the board and the restaurant owners. Susan didn’t miss a beat – she knew exactly what to do to resolve our customer’s needs. Susan’s leadership quickly got the situation under control which prevented the restaurant from closing and losing any business.
