Nomination by Debbie Schulte: After returning to the office from a long holiday weekend, our Customer Care team was overwhelmed with hundreds of voice mails, emails, and TownSq requests. Tasha did not allow the volume of pending requests to frazzle her. Tasha's first few calls were challenging homeowners and her third call was particularly difficult. The new owner didn't quite understand the process of transferring ownership and had not made a payment. Tasha had to repeat/explain the process with the owner three times and all the while, she kept a smile on her face with the utmost patience. Tasha sets an excellent example of five-star customer service for all of us to follow. Tasha is a wonderful asset to Associa and I couldn't be happier that she is on our Customer Care Team!
