Recently, one of the managers on her team had a family emergency and Patty stepped in, handled all of the needed tasks, and personally delivered board packets for a meeting. Patty takes care to ensure she is communicating clearly to all parties involved in any project or task. Patty’s outstanding communication is appreciated every day and was especially impactful during this situation that allowed her team members to focus on their family situation.
