Nomination by Ann Williams: With the branch on-boarding multiple clients every month, Stephanie wanted to ensure a great transition experience for all new clients joining Associa. She understood the team needed to know the status, details, and next steps of on-boarding a client and wanted to guarantee all the intersections within each department were addressed. She also made sure the right team members were informed, up to date, understood next steps, and ready to deliver on behalf of the team and the client. She took the initiative to develop an easy to use tracking checklist tool, ensuring all stakeholders knew what was needed, when it was due, and who was responsible, showing a percentage of completion at each juncture of the process. All stakeholders are informed and clients receive 5-star service from the minute the management agreement is signed. Because of Stephanie’s demonstration of care and initiative, clients at the branch experience a seamless transition and feel confident they made a great decision to enter into a management agreement with Associa.
