Nomination by DeLynn Redmond: I am nominating my manager, Keborah Muniz, because she goes above and beyond every single day. Especially during these past two years with the pandemic and working remotely, she is there for our customer service department, which is quite busy, as well as every department at our branch. Any time someone needs extra assistance, she is there to help any way she can, even going out of her way to travel onsite to a community. She trained three new employees, was promoted to community manager for a difficult community, and filled in for the community manager admin position which entails many reports, assisting the community managers and general community business, processing our branch mail, and managing all the daily tasks. She is our go-to person for handling complicated homeowner issues and is a knowledgeable liaison to Associa OnCall when we have to handle a leak situation. Above all, she has been a role model and teacher to me and other co-workers, enabling us to learn and model her commitment to serving homeowners, board members, and our branch. She is invaluable to our company embodying every value. I am thankful to have the opportunity to work with her.
