2022 April 5 Star Champion: Yamily Bobadilla

Nomination by by Kathryn Creger: Yamily Bobadilla was the only employee remaining at our 1,425-door community when the previous management company left prior to Associa Gulf Coast came on board.  I’m the new General Manager, and for several days, Yamily held down the fort while our team got settled in. She assisted the upper management team with onsite preparations and handled all resident concerns with the assistance of a temp receptionist.  Since my arrival, she has been a beacon of light, knowledge, and priceless assistance to me.  She has such a positive attitude, hops up at the hint that someone may need help, has continued to guide each new staff member as they've come on board, and has a willingness to help that is unsurpassed.  Thank you, Yamily - I would have been lost without you.
