Nomination by Tina Hickman: Cynthia is an amazing resource for our settlements department. I had been working for a month to get a property settled and emailed the settlements team, and in less than a day she responded back with the resolution. She let me know who would be doing the work and when I could expect it to be done. She continues to communicate effectively and her response time exceeded my expectations, as it does every time. I have tremendous respect for her communication skills and she makes me want to do better in my own job when it comes to responding. Thank you, Cynthia, for your hard work and dedication to always being helpful.
