2021 October 5 Star Champion: Jaccarri Woodson

Each month we feature five winners and connect their stories to the 5 Star principle they best represent. 

Nomination by Burnice McMahon, Lori Miller, and Caitlin O’Brien: We are nominating Jaccarri for her outstanding teamwork during an extensive software update to Metrix. After the update, there were some issues with the mobile app and Jaccarri offered her help by screen sharing, testing the mobile app, providing her findings, and assisting our field technicians with
troubleshooting. Because of her professionalism, quick response time, and helpful attitude, we were able to get the app functioning for our field techs much more efficiently and effectively.  She is truly a team-player and a perfect example of a Five-Star Champion.
