Nomination by Alicia Fadrowsky: Ashley continuously takes the initiative to improve our systems, present more efficient and streamlined processes, and helps everyone in the office, while continuing to provide excellent customer service in a timely manner. Most recently, we had a utility company that all of our associations use change their systems, which in turn changed all of our water account numbers. She did the research and provided everyone in the office the information and step by step instructions on how to navigate the new system and find out the new account numbers for all our water accounts. This saved many hours of work and frustrating phone calls with the utility company for all the managers and assistants in our office. Ashley's proactive approach to problems and problem-solving skills are invaluable.
