Nomination by Neil Ross: On the Wednesday evening, right before the Thanksgiving weekend, our team had an urgent in-house mailing that needed to be completed for a 700+ unit association. Laurie, Loucinda and Steven rolled up their sleeves and spent the afternoon and evening stuffing envelopes rather than their Thanksgiving turkeys! Staying late into the evening, they demonstrated care and owned the resolution by getting the job done and continued to build the relationship between this valued client.
