VEER TOWERS DOUBLES DOWN WITH LUXURY URBAN LIVING — AND MANAGEMENT — IN THE HEART OF VEGAS.

Designed by world-class architects in 2004, the visually stunning Veer Towers condos are two luxury high-rise residential condominium towers conveniently located at the heart of the Vegas Strip. Artfully inclined at opposing angles, the two towers are striking residential icons at the hub of City Center.

Each tower has 37 floors with 335 units, plus upscale amenities like a rooftop pool, spa, exercise facility and media/theater room. Four-diamond-level concierge and valet services and controlled access entry are provided for residents.

Veer Towers celebrates the essence of a high style, high-rise Vegas lifestyle, with some of the finest restaurants, shopping and nightlife right outside residents’ doorsteps.

CHALLENGE:

Offer not just “one-of-a-kind” residential community living on the Vegas Strip, but provide it with four-diamond service, operational excellence and seamless day-to-day management.

RESOLUTION:

After partnering with The Prescott Companies to bring Murren’s vision to life, the Veer Towers Board tapped experienced high-rise manager Bruce Heckman to handle Veer’s day-to-day dealings as well as its operational management. Prior to Veer’s opening, he spent four months identifying needs — everything from contracted vendors to front desk and engineering staff.

Heckman says: “While managing a high-rise community, it is important to be mindful of the fact that the building is ‘home’ to people and all of the emotions attached to a home are the residents’ attachment to the entire building. It is important to make owners feel welcome at all times while administrating the association’s governance and facility operations — only then can you turn your sights to exceeding service expectations.”

He is also responsible for the supervision of all on-site staff consisting of a three-person HOA management team, 24/7 front desk concierge, valet staff and building engineering; and says that his philosophy is that “he tries to empower department managers and encourages them to be comfortable making their own decisions.”

Clearly, Veers Tower has more than a winning hand with Heckman and The Prescott Companies — they provide an urban living dream come true in the heart of glitzy Vegas for their residents.
