ELIZABETH LAKE ESTATES APARTMENTS GETS A MAKEOVER.

A serene, market-rate apartment community perched on the banks of beautiful Elizabeth Lake, Elizabeth Lake Estates Apartments are located in an historic resort area of Waterford Township, Michigan.

With large townhomes and one- and two-bedroom apartment units available for rent, residents enjoy a variety of amenities unique to the area, such as a scenic lakefront pool, tennis court, basketball court and breathtaking views.

CHALLENGE:

Because of the 43-year-old apartments’ age, upgrades were needed to maintain residents’ continued satisfaction and top-quality living. However, utilizing the small window of nice weather in which to make the upgrades, as well as staying in budget, were top-of-mind for Elizabeth Lake.

RESOLUTION:

Elizabeth Lake, in partnership with management company Associa Kramer Triad, took advantage of the five months of warm weather to successfully make much-needed upgrades to asphalt, windows, concrete and hall carpeting in many of the buildings.
