COVE LANDING RISES ABOVE THE REST WITH ALL-NEW PROPERTY UPGRADES.

A two-building high-rise community, Cove Landing Condos is located in the suburb of Lombard, Illinois. The property is also convenient to major shopping, schools and highways, and is located near an 18-hole golf course to the north and new townhomes to the south.

CHALLENGE:

Make massive upgrades to an older property while seeking ways to become more cost- and energy-efficient.

RESOLUTION:

By successfully ending a 37-year-long laundry contract, purchasing all-new equipment, and overhauling the laundry rooms, Cove Landing will now project $25,000 in yearly laundry income for each high-rise building. Additionally, all-new pavement, curbs and gutters have been installed to correct 40 years of drainage issues from a surrounding golf course.

From newly carpeted hallways and upgraded front awnings to all-new flower planters and state-of-the-art LED parking lot lights, Cove Landing used capital reserves to become more energy-efficient and to beautify a property that residents can take pride in.
