SEVEN MEADOWS KNOCKS ONE OUT OF THE PARK.

A single-family-home community in Katy, Texas (just outside of Houston), Seven Meadows surrounds the Meadow Brook Farms golf course and features a gated section, Avalon at Seven Meadows. Homeowners have access to miles of scenic walking trails, eight playgrounds, several lakes, private tennis courts, a recreation pool and a resort-style pool featuring beach entry, splash pad and two large slides.

The clubhouse is a central hub for many social activities and community events. It boasts a theatre, full kitchen, gathering room, boardroom, fitness room, meeting space and view of the lush green meadow area featuring a large pavilion and several small pavilions with picnic tables.

CHALLENGE:

Make Seven Meadows a place where homeowners can enjoy social activities close to home with more community events and expansion of current annual events.

RESOLUTION:

Installation of a new pocket park began this year, which will help better accommodate the variety of community events Seven Meadows has planned.
