Lindsay Thompson

Community Association Manager

Lindsay Thompson has a background in nursing and attended River College in Nashua, NH where she obtained her LNA license. During nursing school and in her early 20’s she then took a job for Mesiti Development at a 55+ community HOA community, called The Nevins, in Londonderry NH, where she worked as an activities director and provided leasing services to residential homeowners. Lindsay was then promoted by Mesiti Development to an onsite property manager at Ledgewood Retirement Community, in Manchester, New Hampshire, where she used her nursing skills, working with residents and managing all aspects of the community including 149 single-family units and a clubhouse. That is where Lindsay fell in love with property management and decided to stay in that career direction using her compassionate skills working with 55+ residents. She then took a position as a property manager for seniors at White Rock Senior Living Community in Bow, New Hampshire managing 176 apartments for seniors. In 2012, to be closer to home and her four children, she transferred to Evergreen Management Group in Laconia NH, as an Association Manager for Condominium Associations. Lindsay left the industry for a short while due to family obligations but recently has returned to Evergreen Management Group, Gilford New Hampshire and to the Lakes Region and the industry she loves the most, working with communities and people!

Dan McMahon

Community Association Manager

Dan obtained his CAM (Community Association Manager) license in Florida back in 2009. Since then, he has managed and directed general operations for associations that range from mid-rise buildings to multiple high-rise oceanfront buildings. Working with various Boards to continue their status as a premier property. Community involvement consisted of being Past Board member for Big Brothers/Big Sisters. Take Stock in Children, Academic Mentor Program, Certified pyrotechnic for the annual 4th of July fireworks affiliated with the Key West Rotary. Numerous charity bicycle rides to raise awareness and funds for local nonprofits.

Sohail Iqbal, CMCA®

Community Association Manager

Sohail recently joined the Associa family, with over two years of property management and over 7 years of customer service experience. He is a certified manager of community associations, also known as CMCA. He earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from a reputed university in the UK. He started his career in real estate industry as Lead Concierge in 2015. Within two years he was promoted twice becoming the property manager of a high-rise luxury building in Boston. He currently manages a portfolio of condo associations.
