The Dartmouth Group Gives Back

Each year, Associa encourages its branches to give back to their surrounding communities. These philanthropic endeavors allow employees  to come together as a team and be a part of something bigger than themselves.  

For this year’s Great Give Back Campaign, The Dartmouth Group, An Associa Company,  partnered with Cradles to Crayons, a national non-profit organization that strives to end clothing insecurity among young children. Cradles to Crayons provides clothing, personal hygiene, and school supplies to children in need through partnerships with various organizations.

Their Boston branch partnered with the Boston Bruins to host pajama donation drives across the state. The Dartmouth Group held one of those drives for employees, collecting over 180 items.

A group of 15 Dartmouth Group employees then went to the Cradles to Crayons warehouse (aptly named The Giving Factory) to present their donation and complete a volunteer shift assembling hats and gloves for distribution. The Dartmouth  volunteers made over 300 hat and gloves packets! They were honored to be able to lend a helping hand to those in need.
