e3 Champion: Enacting Positive Change in Communities

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by John Carona:  John received a lengthy email of appreciation from Michael, a Board President, detailing the exceptional customer service and leadership both ladies exhibited while managing a community with a challenging board. Melissa Espino and Melissa Rogers worked together to take a concerned homeowner, encourage him to influence from within and enact change by involving him in the solution. They spent a great deal of time coaching him on how to effectively participate and impact the direction of the community in a positive way. When they encountered resistance from other board members along the way, both Melissas remained positive and continued to guide Michael as they accomplished the community’s goals. Michael ended his complimentary email with this: “I want to sing the praises of your team. It is amazing what can happen when you have the right team in place- you work for a common goal and your team is action-oriented. Change is what the community and I were asking for. Your team educated and guided me to the path for success and real change. I cannot wait to see how far we can continue to grow the good will of an excellent partnership of community and vendor.” Thank you, Melissas, for serving as an outstanding example to our Associa family. We can learn a lot from how you guided a concerned homeowner into enacting positive change in his community!
