e3 Champion: Rocking the 5 Star

Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.

Nomination by David Orr:  David sent an email of appreciation for Lucia’s efforts since she transitioned to the Customer Service team. “Lucia has received an impressive amount of 5-star reviews over the past few months…34 in total. It is Lucia’s positive mindset and dedication to helping clients that earns her the ‘ROCKING THE 5 STAR’ status. Her dedication has become contagious within the pod of customer service specialists. We have seen it catch fire at HCMS and we are seeing the same thing happening at PMG Houston.  We are just so proud of Lucia for her hard work, wonderful attitude (always happy!), dedication and consistency in her management of our clients.”
