Chantilly, VA – February 21, 2019 – Associa Community Management Corporation (CMC) is proud to announce that its managed community, the Shenandoah Homeowners Association, has won the Community Associations Institute - Washington Metropolitan Chapter (WMCCAI) 2018 Community Association of the Year award in the medium category.

Shenandoah Homeowners Association is comprised of single-family homes built by Shea homes, a Trilogy® community, which will consist of approximately 1,000 homes upon completion. The community sits on more than 900-acres of woodlands nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The community is in the heart of Northern Virginia’s famed and majestic Shenandoah Valley with surrounding areas rich in American history, including the Verdant Hills and Shenandoah River.

The Community Association of the Year award is a prestigious industry award that recognizes community associations that embody WMCCAI’s core values of promoting the community association industry and providing excellent service in the bustling Washington Metropolitan area.
