Thank You for Your Hard Work!

Associa Mid-Atlantic would like to recognize Heather Dombach, Frank Levanti, and Becky Hertzler for their outstanding service.  Their hard work is much appreciated by the branch and the clients they serve. 

"Hi Becky and Frank,

As I have completed my two-year position on the Master Executive Board of [our] Master Condominium Association, I would like to take the time to say thank you to you both and Heather Dombach.  It has been my pleasure to work with all of you in the management of our community.

I would also like to express to you both my extreme respect and admiration for Heather.  For the two years that I worked closely with her in my position as President of the MEB, I always found her knowledgeable in all areas of community management as well as totally professional in her relationships with the MEB, community members, and vendors.  She has a wonderful way of "gently" guiding all onto the right path of a decision, showing enthusiasm even through frustrating situations.  I learned early in my tenure that I could always count on Heather to give me the correct answer for any problem that arose, and she showed me multiple times the true meaning of leadership.

I was reminded of her when I read an article by Thomas L. Friedman, a NY Times  Op-Ed columnist.  To paraphrase what he wrote, he said that a great leader tells the truth, facilitates collaboration and innovation, and shows humanity and humility.  Heather reflects all of these qualities. I am thankful for her leadership.  Our community and association are enhanced because of her.
