Congratulations to community manager, Kerri Perez, who received praise and compliments from the Board of Trustees at an Associa Mid-Atlantic-managed property:

 I am a member of the Board of Trustees on the CSA. Kerri is the third Community Manager I have worked with during my time on the board.

Kerri is by far the most hard-working, knowledgeable manager we have had working for our board and community. Her preparedness, presentations, input, and professionalism to the board during our bi-monthly board [meetings] are immeasurable.  

Kerri works tirelessly and goes the extra mile to help make our board make the right decisions for our community. We are lucky to have her as our manager."
