Having been the VP on the Board of Directors for a 3800-unit community in past, the I know EXACTLY how hard it is for the management company to deal with the residents, vendors, BOD, township, etc. For that reason, I try not to bother Delores Martin in our office as I know she has more than enough on her plate than to deal with my "trivial" questions. I finally went into the office after living here 12 years with a question and Dee was amazing! She gave me an honest answer to my question while suggesting the best way to broach the issue with a particular neighbor and their dog. We spoke for a while and I truly feel she cares about the residents and the betterment of our community as a whole. I have heard horror stories from my mother with her community's on-site mgmt. person (I don't know the company they use for community management) so that makes me appreciate Dee that much more!
