e3 Champion: A Dedication to Supporting the Associa Family
Each month, employee family members are selected as e3 Champions. E3 stands for: Every client. Every day. Every time. The e3 Champion Award rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty for both internal and external clients.
Nomination by Kristen Sheldon: This recognition and accolade is long overdue. Paige McKenzie is an exceptional manager and overall wonderful person who truly exemplifies Associa’s values. Paige actively managed my community while I was out on maternity leave. She tackled anything and everything while I was away- exceeding all expectations that the board and I had. Paige learns rapidly and adapts quickly. The onsite manager at this community wears a lot of hats…and she successfully wore all of them with style & grace! She built a strong and effective working relationship with the staff, board of directors, committee members and residents. Paige’s strong management ability allowed her to help wrap-up many large community projects; a massive undertaking from the get-go! It was reassuring to know that the community and my office were in her capable hands. Being a new mom and recovering from surgery took a tremendous toll on me - the last thing I wanted to do was be concerned about work and what I may return to. Paige delivered the quality of customer service the community is used to receiving and she had the willingness to go the extra mile. Paige is an important contributor to the success of this company. The Metropolitan and I were so fortunate to have worked with her and I know that Paige will continue to excel!
