Congrats to Jill Geiger!

The Morgandale Condominium Association Council would like to nominate our General Manager, Jill Geiger CMCA, AMS, PCAM, for the ‘Excellence in Community Management Award’.   Jill is an exemplary model of professionalism as she interacts with residents/owners within our community.  She handles concerned and disgruntled residents with a polite and calm kindness and communicates her knowledge of procedures and regulations to explain decisions.  Jill has worked to promote and encourage residents’ involvement on committees to plan community social activities.  When long established community events are lacking in resident volunteers, she goes out of her way to keep the event going; to the extent of convincing her family and friends to assist with the event.

Jill is an asset to our council with her organization and preparation of communications to the residents, as well as preparation of materials for council meetings.  She compiles research for community projects and successfully negotiates pricing to our community’s advantage.  She communicates with the local township officials on behalf of the community. She encourages council members to attend CAI trainings and events. In addition to managing our 560-unit community, she is engaged in the Pennsylvania and Delaware chapter of CAI as Vice-Chair of the CAI"s Communications and Content Committee, has written articles for the Community Assets, and was on the PAC LAC.
