Get to know Lynn, president of Solera at Kern Canyon Community Association (SKCCA), a 55+ gated community in Bakersfield, California.

"My name is Lynn, and I have been a resident since 2005. I have volunteered at Solera for fifteen years as committee chairpersons, club officers, interest group leaders, and as a member of the board of directors for the past two years. I served for one year as board vice president, and currently, I am board president.

Solera at Kern Canyon Community Association (SKCCA) partnered with Associa in 2012 after using two previous management companies. During my tenure as a board member, I have been very happy with the management that Associa brings to our community. I believe our partnership with Associa is the reason our community is fiscally healthy, and our residents are happy to live at Solera.
