Nomination by Valkyrie Smith: Jingky Renon, vacation rental manager, has stepped up and learned many roles in our branch and is always smiling, singing, and offering our guests and homeowners her undivided attention. She has adjusted her schedule to cover for other employees out on vacation and maternity leave. She is a true problem solver who turns guest issues into amazing reviews. She helps our leaders and offers support to all our branches. Even when her work load is full, including on call after hours duties, she will stop and say "I wish I could help you more because I know how busy you are." We receive compliments about Jingky from resident managers, which turn into referrals for new clients. We recently signed a new vacation rental account because the owners met her while she was on property helping a guest operate their internet and TV. Her daily work ethic, trouble shooting, and demeanor should be cloned and spread all over the islands like the Aloha that she shares.
