2021 May 5 Star Champion: Shante Smith

Nomination by Sarah Hunsinger: I had a community with a complex working capital contribution and a history of incomplete collections at closing. Shante helped me make sure the messaging queue was clear, sent me an example resale certificate, and helped me to update the information so that future closings were collected correctly. The thing that really stands out is that more than a month after the changes were made, Shante took the initiative to send me an updated example resale certificate when a new one was ordered for the community. Her follow through and consideration is exceptional and she really helped me to increase the confidence this board has in our ability to meet their needs.
