Nomination by Nadine Kostak: I think Dan has a mission to make the world better, one person at a time, through acts of care and kindness. This shows in both his work and personal life. When you ask Dan how his weekend was, he will tell you how he adopted the saddest puppy that others passed over, or he came to the aid of someone who needed assistance, or he helped his family run their food truck for a special event.
In the office, when we discuss the needs of various communities, Dan always has valuable information to add to the conversation through the close relationships he has formed with the board or members of the community. He goes out of his way to get to know people and will generously give of himself to benefit the company or others.
Dan always asks, "How can I help?" as he points to a poster that says "One Associa, One Team" - it's a motto he embraces wholeheartedly.
