2021 December 5 Star Champion: Cheryl Williams

Nomination by Melanie Hudson: Cheryl is our collections coordinator as well as our admin supervisor. We have one association that has had some serious problems and passed several special assessments that are due at various times for various dollar amounts. This schedule had been a hard thing for the board and treasurer to get a handle on and communicate clearly, which causes confusion for the homeowners. Cheryl sat with the board president and they set up a calendar for each notice, due date, and delinquent date so he can track that information along with Cheryl. She took the time to ensure he had a clear plan for success! Cheryl has a great ability to create that connection with so many of our homeowners and can see things from their perspective as well as explaining the process and procedures so they understand our perspective and need for action. She is an asset to IPM and Associa.
