Way to Go!

Following a complimentary New Board Member Orientation Event, the board of a Chester Springs, PA community wrote:

“Hi Patti - Although we discussed it briefly during the board meeting, we wanted to mention again how beneficial our community's Information Session was this month. We had been searching for ways to build trust as a new board in a brand new community of many first-time homeowners. The New Board Member Orientation Associa provided was well-timed and helped us in our effort to educate the community about HOAs and our roles as board members. After the training, we felt better equipped to make decisions on residents' behalf and communicate those decisions confidently.

We devoted many (maybe too many) hours of research, collaboration, and thought into our presentation for that meeting, and it was more successful than we could have expected. Residents were receptive and appreciative. It was a fantastic catalyst for building a healthier relationship with our community.

As always, thank you for your guidance as we navigate conflicts and questions as a new noard. We are especially grateful for the support you provide the three of us and by tactfully addressing residents' concerns.
